1) Damaged product received/wrong size received/wrong item received:
In such cases, we offer a free exchange for the affected item(s). Please follow these steps:
– Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
– We will raise a pickup request for the product.
– Once the product reaches our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
– Based on the inspection, we will provide you with store credits or ship the correct item to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds in these cases.
2) Don’t like the product/size/others:
If you wish to exchange an item due to personal preferences or sizing issues, please follow these steps:
– Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
– You will be responsible for a nominal exchange fee (depending on the number of articles and their weight).
– Our team will share a payment link with you for the exchange charges.
– Once the charges are prepaid, we will initiate the pickup request.
– After receiving the product at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
– Based on the inspection, we will provide you with store credits or ship the new product to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds in these cases.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
1) The product must be in its original condition with all tags intact.
2) You should have the invoice or proof of purchase for the product.
3) Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that any exchange requests made after the specified timeframe will not be accepted.
